These boots are amazingly comfortable. I bought mine in sand, which seems to go with everything. I normally wear a size 9 or 9.5, but ordered these in 8; they fit perfectly. Treat these with the protective spray BEFORE ever wearing them. I put three coats on my before wearing, and they still look like they are fresh out of the box. Worth the money.

I contacted UGG Australia (the company that makes the UGG brand boots) and they said this site sells counterfits. Shut it down.

Scam. I ordered this item on 12/19 along with a pair of UGG classic tall boots in black through Google checkout, & was charged for it on 12/20. I received no order shipment confirmation & attempted emailing bayugg, numerous times through both google and this site directed. There is no phone number on this site to speak to anyone. Days later my credit card company (Chase) reported my card was online & they cancelled my cc number d/t "fraudulent charges". I still hadn't received my order, so I contacted google & told them of the situation. Google investigated this seller, cancelled my order & is no longer allowing them use google check out. Then I receive an email saying "i we are shipping out your order soon" from this vendor ... very unprofessional & seemed like a 2 year old responded. My credit card was still charged by them (received my statement today) & I alerted them I did not receive these items. Chase credit card told me there is an ugg boot scam online, where companies from chi
